Zachary Evan Blecher, 36 of Cheswick, PA passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023  in his home after a lengthy illness with his family by his side.

He was born May 15, 1986 in Pittsburgh, PA a son of Darryl Blecher and Diana Fitch of Upper St. Clair who survive.

Zachary was a 2005 graduate of Upper St. Clair High School and earned a bachelor's degree from Penn State University Main Campus.

He was employed as a Milieu Therapist at UPMC Vocational Center and Western Psychiatric Hospital.

He enjoyed online gaming with his brothers, Dragon Quest was his favorite. He had a great love for his dog Gage and a special relationship with his DnD group.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife Amanda Anderson; three brothers, Aaron Timman (Rachel) of Burnsville, MN,  Mishan Blecher ( Jesse Florek) of Madison, WI, and Nathaniel Blecher (Landis Powell) of St. Louis, MO; a nephew Miles Timman of Burnsville, MN.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 1 PM in the Greenlee's Bentleyville Funeral Home, 619 Main St. Bentleyville, PA. Interment will be held privately in the  Beallsville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Fanconi Anemia Research Fund, www.fanconi.org or the charity of one's choice.
