Winona Kovach, 73 of Richeyville, PA passed away Monday, November 24, 2025 in Dunlevy Gardens.

She was born May 24, 1952 in Brownsville, PA a daughter of the late Robert and Winona Porter.

Winona was a 1970 graduate of Beth Center High School.

Mrs. Kovach was employed as a bookkeeper at Tri-County Joint Municipal Authority for over 25 years.

She was a member of the Daisytown AC Club. Cooking, sewing, baking, and watching vintage movies were some of her hobbies. She especially loved golfing with her husband and dad, vacationing with her grandchildren and her dogs.

On February 7, 2001 she married Jeff Kovach, who survives.

Also surviving are two children, Brad Bolin (Stephanie) of Claysville, PA and Amy Phillips (Ron) of Stahlstown, PA; five grandchildren; a sister Bobetta Faieta (Emilio) of Low Hill, PA; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were private and under the direction of the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd. Beallsville, PA.
