Thomas E. Martinak Sr., 86, of Perryopolis, PA passed away in the Country Care Manor in Fayette City, on June 22, 2026.

Mr. Martinak was born on December 25, 1939, in Charleroi, PA, a son of the late Charles and Anne Martinak. For 32 years he was employed as a Heavy Equipment Operator for Local 66 and retired in 2003.

Surviving are children Thomas E. Martinak Jr. (Virginia), Veronica Casey, Mary Ann Blackburn (John), and Anna Lusk (Craig); 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; siblings Thresa Deskey, Sonny and Joe Martinak; several nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death are his wife, Betty Mae Martinak; son Robert Martinak; siblings Mike and Ronald Martinak, and Dolores Onshuko.
