Steve Palovich, 88 of Cokeburg, PA passed away Friday, June 14, 2024 in his home.

He was born October 6, 1935 in Cokeburg, PA a son of the late Nicholas and Mildred "Minnie" Rudinsky Palovich.

Mr. Palovich attended Ellsworth High School and was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Korea.

He was employed by Bethlehem Mines Corporation at Mine 60, Livingston Portal as a shop foreman, and electrician with 40 years of service before retiring.

Mr. Palovich enjoyed gardening, hunting, polka dancing, and spending time with his family, brothers and sisters and Palovich family BBQ's.  He was a member of the Cokeburg Moose Lodge #1625, the UMWA, and always looked forward to Pittsburgh Penguin, and Steeler games.

Surviving are two sons Bruce Palovich of Pittsburgh, PA, and Steven Palovich of Cokeburg, PA; one brother Louis Palovich also of Cokeburg, PA.

Preceding him in death is his wife Joan H. Tulett Palovich who passed December 22, 2016.; seven siblings Stella Maser, Mary Henry, Angeline Hudock, Mildred "Mitzie" Palovich, Sam Palovich, Mike Palovich, and Pete Palovich.

Friends will be received Wednesday June 19, 2024 in the Greenlee's Bentleyville Funeral Home 619 Main Street Bentleyville, PA 15314 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. the time of service with Pastor Fran Skariot officiating.  Interment will follow in the Beallsville Cemetery.  In Lieu of flowers the family suggests making donations to the Cokeburg Presbyterian Church 104 washington St. Cokeburg, PA 15324.  An online guestbook is available at www.GreenleeFuneralHome.com
