Sharon A. "Mams" Smith Reece, 82 of Brownsville, PA (Centerville Borough) passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 7, 2025 in her home.

She was born on January 9, 1943 in Centerville, PA a daughter of the late Fred J. and Helen V. Dwyer Smith.

Sharon was a 1960 graduate of Beth Center High School.

She was employed as an administrative assistant at several area businesses for 30 years.

Family was everything to Sharon. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, especially the annual family trips to Ocean City, MD which have continued for 49 years straight. She also enjoyed the outdoors and fishing.

Surviving are four children, Lauren "Lori" Perry (Ken) of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Thomas "T.D." Reece (Diane) of LaPlata, MD, Sherry R. Sterling (Scott) and Jennifer Paci (Rudy) both of Centerville, PA; ten grandchildren, Boomie Taylor (Amy), Lee Taylor (Amanda), Levi Taylor (Kasi), Trey Reece (Amanda), Travis Reece, Trevor Reece, Sydney Hixenbaugh ( T.J.), Morgan Sterling, Savanna Paletta (Jeff), and Shelby Stay (Jason); twelve great grandchildren; two sisters, Carol Santi of California, PA and Linda Raleigh (Dick) of Washington, PA; several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are five siblings, Wilbur Smith, Jay Smith, Shirley Fisher, Ralph Smith and Donnie Smith.

Funeral arrangements are private and under the direction of the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd., 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA.
