Sarolta A. Javorsky, 94 of Daisytown, PA passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2025 in Mon Valley Care Center.

She was born March 29, 1931 in Sankovce, Slovakia (Czech Republic) a daughter of the late Gustav and Terezia Dubay.  On September 10, 1949 she married her late husband Joseph Javorsky whom she met in Czechoslovakia while he was serving during WWII.

Upon relocating to the U.S., she became a homemaker and talented seamstress and crocheter. She was also employed at Charland Sportswear in Speers, PA and retired in 1994 after 16 years of service.  Sarolta was a member of the former Assumption Roman Catholic Church and St. Mary's Church in Daisytown. She was also a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union.

Above all things she loved to travel. Although she never obtained a drivers license, she explored Europe three times and enjoyed cruises and bus trips.

Surviving are three children, Joseph (Judy) Javorsky of Ellsworth, PA, Dennis (Terrie) Javorsky of Coal Center, PA and Nancy (Robert) Bezusko of Hickory, PA; four grandchildren, Jorn (Brittany) Javorsky, Chelsea (Dan) Smith, Justin (Samantha) Javorsky and Nicolette (Ben) Temple; four great grandchildren, Jolene, Saylor and  Tyler Javorsky and Callum Smith; several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death is her husband Joseph Javorsky who died July 31, 1995; two siblings Wilma and Bela.

Friends will be received Monday, Decembre 22, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd, 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA where a Blessing Service will be held Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM with Deacon Al Poroda officiating. Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park.
