He was born on November 8, 1942 in Brownsville, PA to the son of the late Charles and Rose Stagon Revi. Ron was a 1960 graduate of the Beth Center High School. Throughout his life he was a banker, a coalminer at Clyde Mine in Fredericktown (until he was injured), and then later in life he became a school bus driver which brought him great joy.
On March 24, 1961 he married his high school sweetheart. Barbara Ann Ricciuti, They celebrated 60 years of marriage before Barbara went peacefully to the lord in June of 2021. Together they had one daughter and three sons.
Ron was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved being outdoors. He enjoyed camping, especially being on a trout stream reeling in a big fish. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren participate in their many sporting events and traveling in his camper with Barbara. He loved going out to eat and thoroughly enjoyed a good Chinese and or Indian buffet. Ron loved coaching sports, especially baseball as well as umpiring. Ron had the gift of gab and loved conversing with many different people. Anyone that knew him, knew they better buckle in for some story-time. He genuinely loved being around people.
