Robert "Bob" C. Lerie

Robert "Bob" C. Lerie, age 67 of Brownsville, PA (Denbeau Heights) died Sunday, December 3, 2006 in his home.
He was born May 21, 1939 in Charleroi, PA a son of the late Charles and Sarah Magruda Lerie.
Mr. Lerie was a veteran of the US Army having served in the Vietnam War.
He was an Owner/Operator Truck Driver for Hittman Transportation in New Stanton, a division of Westinghouse.
Mr. Lerie was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans, Swart-Phillips American Legion Post 897 in Glade, PA and the Sons of Italy Frank Ricco Lodge in Brownsville, PA.
On July 22, 1981 he married Patricia Ondash Lerie of Brownsville, PA (Denbeau Heights) who survives.
Also surviving are two sons – Charles Lerie of Sarasota, FL, Jeffery Lerie of Fort Littleton, PA and a step son Erin Ondash of Miami, FL; one daughter Andrea Wilson of Fort Littleton, PA and a step daughter Susan Logsdon of Scottdale, PA; five grandchildren and one sister Shirley Lavalle of Charleroi, PA.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, 2830 Main St., Beallsville where services will be held Thursday, December 7, 2006 with Pastor Edd Myers officiating. Interment will be in Beallsville Cemetery, Beallsville, PA. Military rites will accorded by the Swart-Phillips American Legion Post 897.
