Richard E. Toler, 36 of Johnstown, PA passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2021.

He was born March 13, 1984 in Abilene, TX a son of Stanley A. Toler of Cokeburg, PA and Nancy Lorimer Toler Signor of Alabama who survive.

He was a 2002 graduate of Johnstown High School and received an Associate's degree from DeVry University.

Richard was employed as the store manager of Complete Vapors in Ebensburg, PA and also oversaw 4 different stores simultaneously.

Surviving in addition to his parents is a step brother Thomas Clark Signor of Washington, PA; a sister LorRea Danielle Toler of Bentleyville, PA; special Aunt Delores Pemberton of Jamestown, KY; several cousins on both sides of the family.

Deceased is a step brother Andrew Scott Lorimer Signor.

A private Time of Remembrance will be held Thursday, January 14, 2021 in the Greenlee's Bentleyville Funeral Home, 619 Main St. Bentleyville, PA. In lieu of flowers, and to help with funeral costs, the family requests Memorial Contributions be made to the Funeral Home.
