Richard L. Lemley, 71, of Aleppo, PA passed away Monday December 14, 2024 in the Allegheny General Hospital after a long-time battle with illness.

Mr. Lemley was born on December 7, 1953 in San Bernardino, CA a son of the late Ralph and Muriel Hotchkiss Lemley.   Richard was a graduate of the Waynesburg High School, and was later employed as a Crane Operator for Falcon Crane.  He was also part of the Local Union 166.   He loved his "Big Machines" and in his younger years farming.

He was a member of the Mt. Carmel Church of God, and the Fredericktown American Legion Hanson- Cole Post 391.

Surviving are three children Richard Craig Lemley (Kema) of the Pittsburgh Area; Amy Lemley of Aleppo, PA; and Amanda Lemley of Clarksville, PA; also surviving are seven grandchildren.

Preceding him in death is his wife Sheila McKahan Lemley who passed away on March 30, 2021.   They had celebrated 38 years of marriage.
