Raymond J. Kurtes Jr. 59 of Bentleyville, PA passed away unexpectedly Sunday, October 23, 2022 in Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital.

He was born January 27, 1963 in Union, NJ a son of the late Raymond Kurtes Sr. and Joan Kostelnik Kurtes who survives.

Raymond was a 1981 graduate of Colonia High School, NJ.

A Businessman and hard worker, Ray owned and operated several businesses including RJK Trucking, and CMX Trucking.  In more recent years he, and his wife owned, and operated the Amish Store in Bentleyville.

On October 24, 1998 he married his wife Christine Takacs Kurtes. They would have shared 24 years of marriage.

He was gregarious, and full of life.  His memory will be etched in his families' hearts, and he will be missed dearly.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two children Ryan, and Kyle Kurtes of Bentleyville; mother Joan Kurtes of Woodbridge, NJ; a sister Lisa Kurtes;  uncle Steve Kostelnik.

Funeral arrangements are private, and under the direction of the Greenlee's Bentleyville Funeral Home, 619 Main St. Bentleyville PA.
