Randy J. Welsh, 59 of Brownsville, PA (Centerville Borough) passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2023 in his home surrounded by family.

He was born October 9, 1964 in Brownsville, PA a son of the late William C. and Vivian M. Franks Welsh.

Mr. Welsh was a 1982 graduate of Beth Center High School and served three years in the U.S Army Reserves.

Randy had been employed for many years as an electrician for Milcraft Products as well as self-employment for R and D electrical.

He was a member of the Centerville United Methodist Church, and the American Legion post 705 Centerville.  Randy was also a former member of the Richeyville Volunteer Fire Department.

In his free time, he enjoyed reading, studying history, documentary films, and hunting.

Surviving are two sons Jacob Welsh (Chelsey) of Brownsville, PA, and Joshua Welsh of Centerville, PA; a sister Debbie Dixon of Centerville, PA; two brothers Dennis Welsh (Rita) of Fredericktown, PA and Kevin Welsh of Nashville, TN; several nieces, and nephews.

Preceding him in death are his wife Anita M. Welsh who passed away in 2012, and a brother William N. Welsh.

Friends will be received Sunday October 29, 2023 from 1-6 p.m. in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd. 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA.  A Graveside committal service will be held Monday October 30, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Taylor Cemetery 600 old National Pike, Brownsville PA with Pastor Ernie DeLuca officiating.
