Peter J. "Bucky" Hayges, Jr., 55 of Vestaburg, PA (East Beth Township) passed away Friday,

December 31, 2021 in Uniontown Hospital.

He was born September 13, 1966 in Brownsville, PA a son of the late Peter J. "Buck" Hayges Sr. and Nancy Tadej Hayges of Vestaburg who survives.

Peter was a graduate of Beth Center High School and had been employed as a paver with both Centerville Borough and East Beth Township.

On September 13, 2001 he married Jessica Murray Hayges who survives.

He was a member of the Operating Engineers Local # 66.

Bucky enjoyed working on cars, hunting and fishing and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Also surviving are a daughter Taylor Hayges; a brother Louis Hayges, both of Vestaburg, PA and several aunts and uncles.

Deceased in addition to his father is a sister Melissa Hayges.

Friends will be received Wednesday from 1 to 4 PM and 5 to 8 PM in the Greenlee's Fredericktown Funeral Home. Ltd., 42 Bank St. at Crawford Rd. Fredericktown, PA where Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 10 AM with Rev. Edward Yuhas officiating. Interment will follow in Horn Cemetery. Face masks must be worn by anyone attending the visitation and funeral services. Social distancing will be enforced.
