Obituary

Patricia Ann (Folman) Zambell, 80, of Houston, PA (formerly of Richeyville, PA) passed away unexpectedly on October 29, 2025.

She was born on September 19, 1945, in Greene County, PA.  A daughter of the late Joseph C. Folman and Matilda Nagg.

She was a 1964 graduate of the Beth Center High School where she was in the band and played the bells.

Shortly after high school she married the love of her life John J. Zambell on November 28, 1964, who survives.  They celebrated 60 years of marriage.  She loved and had a huge heart for animals, especially her dogs Annie and Lucy.  She enjoyed bingo, shopping, traveling, supporting, and watching her family at whatever events they had.  If she could be there she would, was her motto.  She was always kind, generous, patient and always willing to help.

She was employed as a factory worker for the former Ball Glass in Washington, PA and Sarris Candies in Canonsburg, PA.  Patricia was also Catholic by faith.

Surviving in addition to her husband are 3 daughters, Kimberly Rose Miller, Christine Skolyak, and Julia McDonald (Robert); six grandchildren, Samuel Miller (Katie), Jacob Miller (Stephanie), Maclain Skolyak, Zalie Skolyak, Zoie McDonald, and Craig McDonald all who loved her dearly.

Patricia is preceded in death by her stepfather Joseph Mazutis; brothers James Folman, and Charles Frances Mazutis; many aunts, cousins, and family members with whom she is now reunited.

At her request there will be no public services, and interment will be held in the Horn Cemetery, Marianna.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Washington County Humane Society.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd., 2830 Main St., Beallsville, PA.  An online guestbook is available at wwwGreenleeFuneralHome.com.
