Michael Lee Tiernan, 68 of Daisytown, PA passed away Thursday, February 29, 2024 in Washington Hospital.

He was born May 27, 1955 in Daisytown, PA the son of the late Roy and Shirley Kucera Tiernan.

Michael was a 1975 graduate of California Area High School.

He was employed as a warehouseman at Komatsu Mining in Bentleyville, PA.

Michael enjoyed hunting, gardening, fishing, shooting pool and traveling. His Jack Russel Beagle Lucy "The Queen", as he called her, was his best friend.

On April 1, 1978 he married Carol Burton Tiernan who survives. They celebrated 45 years of marriage.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two children, Jennifer Wiles (Michael) of California, PA and Michael Tiernan ( Shannon) of Pittsburgh, PA; four grandchildren John Beebe, Chyenne Shandor, Eion Tiernan and Finn Tiernan; several nieces and nephews.
