Mary M. "Peg" Bosdash Hickman, 84, of Ellsworth, PA passed away on Wednesday November 27, 2024 in her home after a lengthy illness.

Mary was born on January 28, 1940 in Scenery Hill, PA a daughter of the late Michael and Mary Korba Bosdash Sr. .

She was a 1957 graduate of Ellsworth High School.  Mrs. Hickman was employed in the Housekeeping Department of the Washington Hospital and retired after 20 years of service.   Mary loved spending time with her family, as well as cooking, baking, and staying sharp by doing crosswords and building puzzles.

A woman of great faith, Mrs. Hickman was a longtime member of the East Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Surviving are two children Donna Combs (Jeff Kosdosky) of Bentleyville, PA, and Kenny Hickman (Natalie) of Deemston, PA; 4 grandchildren Kara Combs, Casey Combs, Cody Hickman, and Hunter Best; 4 great grandchildren Talia Combs, Norah Shen, Sophia Hickman, and Eliana Best;  Several nieces and nephews.    She was the last of her immediate family.

Deceased are her husband Ronald Hickman who passed away July 29, 2020; 4 siblings Michael Bosdash Jr., William Bosdash, Delores Clark, and Patricia Katruska.
