Mary Ann Fazzari, 76 of Millsboro, PA (East Beth Township) passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021 in Jefferson Hospital after a brief illness.

She was born February 20, 1945 in Coraopolis, PA a daughter of the late Frank Swaniger and Josephine Swaniger Retucci.

Mrs. Fazzari was a 1963 graduate of Beth Center High School and a 1966   graduate of Pittsburgh Beauty Academy.

Mary Ann was the owner/operator of the Mary Ann Fazzari Beauty Salon in Fredericktown, PA.

She was a lifelong member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish and an active member of the Mon Valley YMCA until her illness.

Mary Ann enjoyed spending time with friends and baking chocolate chip cookies. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and taking trips with her husband.

On September 25, 1964 she married Anthony "Allen" Fazzari who survives. They celebrated 57 years of marriage.

Also surviving are three children, Amy Fazzari (Liz) of Maui, HI, Andrea Fazzari (Ron) of McMurray, PA and Aaron Fazzari (Kandi) of Houston, PA; two grandchildren, David Fazzari (Carolyn) and Jackson Fazzari (+ one); one brother Andy Retucci  (Tracie).

Deceased are a brother Michael Retucci and a sister Margaret Ann Swaniger.

Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 8 PM in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd., 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA where a Blessing Service will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 9:30 AM with Rev. Scott Pugh officiating. Interment will follow in Greene County Memorial Park.
