Marie Y. Tokar, 85, of Cokeburg, PA passed away on Monday November 11, 2024 in her home.

She was born on July 11, 1939 in Monongahela, PA a daughter of the late Ann Christina and Andrew Armenini.  Marie was a 1959 graduate of Ellsworth High School.

Mrs. Tokar was employed in Customer Service and Scheduling with Washington Rides for over 20 years.  She retired at the age of 72, and always worked hard at other various jobs to support her family.

Bingo night with her friends was always something she looked forward to, she also enjoyed trips to Kennywood.  She was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins, and Pirates.  Marie was also known for her cooking and baking.  Especially her famous Christmas cookies.  Most of all she enjoyed being with her Grandchildren, and family.

Surviving are four children Judy Villella of Monongahela, PA,  Debbie Daniels (Michael) of Centerville, VA, Karen Salva (Steve) of Leesburg, VA, and George Tokar (Lori) of Cokeburg, PA; 9 grand children; brother Lawrence "Luz" Armenini (Kathy) of Peters Twp. and a sister in law Brenda Armenini of Washington, PA; several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death is a brother Lou "Pro" Armenini.
