Lorraine L. Yasenosky, 72, of Daisytown, PA passed away unexpectedly Thursday, November 27, 2025 at home. She is now resting peacefully with her late son Bryan Yasenosky.
She was born in Brownsville, PA the daughter of the late Frank and Susan Bombalek Lincoski.
She is survived by her loving husband Jerome Yasenosky whom she married on May 10, 1980.
Also left to cherish her memory are her brother Larry (Patty) Lincoski of FL, brother-in-law Michael Yasenosky (Judith), nephew Philip Yasenosky (Madie), niece Elizabeth Thomas (Chris) and children Nathan, Alyssa and Savannah, sister-in-law Diane Knowlton (Scott), nephews Adam and Matt Knowlton, nephew Larry Lincoski (Anita) and children Austin and Cole, cousin Ronald Lincoski (Janice) and children Ronnie Lincoski and Breanna Legarsky (James) and cousin Daniel Lincoski and daughter Kelsea Lincoski.
She was employed at Fayette County Drug and Alcohol Commission and served as a substitute teacher with Bentleyville, Brownsville and California Area School Districts.
Her German Shorthair Pointers: Prince, Chase and Gypsy held a special place in her heart. She enjoyed camping "Glamping", swimming at the YMCA and watching TV shows about the paranormal and Bigfoot.
In 1977 she was crowned Miss Pennsylvania.
Lorraine was a lifelong member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish, Richeyville Campus. She was also a member of the Roscoe Sportsmen's Association where she ran their Youth Days.
Friends will be received Tuesday, December 2, 2025 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 PM at the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd., 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA where prayers will be offered at 10 AM Wednesday, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM at St. Katharine Drexel Parish, Richeyville Campus. Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to Greenlee Funeral Home and made payable to the Roscoe Sportsmen's Association for the Youth Program.
