Linda D. Murr, 68 of Bentleyville, PA passed away Monday August 7, 2023 in UPMC Montefiore Hospital.

She was born July, 4 1955 in Washington, PA a daughter of the late Harold and Shirley Estel Berdine. (Stepfather Albert Mancuso)

A loving homemaker, Mrs. Murr was passionate about spending time with her close friends and family, including many grandchildren and great grand children.

Linda was blessed with a generous spirit and always put others before herself. She was a woman of high integrity and a born again Christian who was devoted to the word of God and stood firm in its message of salvation.

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9-10).

Surviving in addition to her husband of fifty years, John R. Murr , are three children Sheila Huston of Marianna, PA; Melanie Murphy (Philip) of Ellsworth, PA; and John M. Murr of Brownsville, PA; four sisters Janet Higgins (Robert) of Eighty Four, PA, Rita Ikner (Dave) of Altoona, PA, Nita Stehley (Rush), and Lita Taurney (Robert) of Houston, TX; nine loving grandchildren, and two great grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death is a brother Harold "Pete" Berdine (Sally).
