Leanna Jane Chapman, 76 of Fredericktown, PA passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at UPMC Washington Hospital.

She was born February 24, 1949 in Waynesburg , PA a daughter of the late William and Cleola Price Reynolds.

Leanna was a 1967 graduate of Carmichaels High school and was later employed as a Home Health Aide for over 20 years with Community Care of Washington, PA.

Mrs. Chapman was a people person who loved her friends, cooking and music.

Surviving are a son Gary L. Chapman; mother in law Dorothy Jean Chapman, both of Fredericktown, PA; two siblings, Gary Reynolds of Point Marion, PA and Donna Reynolds of Philadelphia, PA.

Deceased are her husband Gary D. Chapman who died December 27, 2024 and two brothers Bill and Dick Reynolds.

Funeral arrangements are private and under the direction of the Greenlee's Fredericktown Funeral Home, Ltd. 42 Bank St. Fredericktown, PA.
