Judy Jones, 63, of Carlisle, PA, formerly of Bentleyville, died Friday, January 9, 2009 in the Holy Spirit Hospital, Harrisburg.
She was born on August 29, 1945 in Washington PA, a daughter of the late James G. Nelson and Mary Nelson, of Bentleyville, who survives.
Ms. Jones was a 1963 graduate of Bentleyville High School.
She was a beautician for 20 years and also a barber for over 20 years.
Ms. Jones enjoyed sewing and crafts.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are two sons- Daniel Jones and his wife Lynne, of Carlisle, PA, Jarrod Jones and his wife Amy, of Miami, FL; two sisters- Cynthia Nelson of Richmond, VA, and Jamie Nelson of Bentleyville; two grandchildren- Daniel and Allison Morton; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her father, is one brother- John Paul Nelson.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Tuesday in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, where a Blessing Service will be held Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 1:30 PM with the Rev. Gary Krummert officiating. Internment will follow in the Beallsville Cemetery.
