Jodie Lynn Pounds

Jodie Lynn Pounds, 62, of Washington, PA (formerly of Vestaburg) died on October 20, 2026, in the Washington Hospital.

She was born in New Castle, PA on June 8, 1964, a daughter of the late John and Martha Garrett Aeschbacher. A homemaker for most of her life, she was also employed by the Fredericktown Butcher Shop for several years in the deli.

Jodie loved her family and is survived by three children James Pounds (Amanda), Brian Pounds, and Bradley Manos; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 4 siblings Dixie LaRew, Louann Hallowich, Ron and LeRoy Aeschbacher; several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death are son Christopher Pounds, and sister Cindy Allen.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Sunday November 15, 2026, in the Marianna Fire Hall, with a time to be determined. Arrangements are under the direction of the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home Ltd. 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA.
