Jerry L. Eaton, 63, of Crucible, PA passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023 in Uniontown Hospital.

He was born September 8, 1959 in Waynesburg a son of the late David and Lois Virgin Eaton.

Mr. Eaton was a graduate of Jefferson High School.

He was employed as an underground coal miner working in Bailey, Enlow Fork and Shannopin mines retiring with over twenty years of service.

Jerry was a member of the U.M.W.A.

He enjoyed walking, nature, kayaking, fishing, and growing tomatoes. He especially enjoyed spending time with his wife, family and grandkids.

On March 30, 1994 he married Patricia Jacobs Eaton who survives.

Also surviving are three children, Brittney Eaton of Waynesburg, PA, David Eaton of Crucible, PA and Grace Eaton (Alex Kerr) of Carmichaels, PA; five grandchildren; two brothers, David Eaton (Martha) of Elyria, OH and Robert "Tubby" Eaton of Braden, PA.

All services are private and under the direction of the Greenlee's Fredericktown Funeral Home, Ltd., 42 Bank St. Fredericktown, PA.
