Jeffrey Kovach, 71 of Richeyville, PA passed away January 28, 2026 in his home.

He was born October 10, 1954 in Washington, PA a son of the late William and Anne Kokish Kovach.

Jeffrey was a 1969 graduate of Beth Center High School and earned a bachelor's degree from California University.

Mr. Kovach was employed for over 30 years at Tri County Joint Municipal Authority of Fredericktown as a Water Specialist/Technician.

He was a former member of both the Nemacolin and Greene Country Clubs.

An avid golfer and traveler, Jeffrey also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving are a stepson Brad Bolin of Claysville, PA; caregiver and former daughter in law Michele Dominick; five grandchildren, Chelsea Rotramel, Michael Phillips, Sarah Crouse, Brandon Bolin and Hannah Bolin; seven great grandchildren.

Deceased is his wife Winona Porter Kovach who died November 24, 2025 and a brother William Kovach Jr.

Arrangements are private and under the direction of the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd., 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA.
