Helen L. Moore, 89, of Fredericktown, PA (Deemston Boro), passed away Monday, June 15, 2026 in her home.

She was born June 4, 1937 in Washington, PA, a daughter of the late James and E. Christine Horn Noble. Helen was a 1955 graduate of Trinity High School.

Mrs. Moore was a longtime member of the Beallsville United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker who also enjoyed shopping and was a fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Surviving are two children, William "Bill" Moore (Cheryl) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Holly J. Moore of Beallsville, PA; a granddaughter, Rachel Moore (Victor Wills) of San Francisco, CA; several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are her husband Floyd E. Moore who died March 1, 1998; a son Doug Moore who died August 12, 1990; two siblings, James Noble and Ruth Hill.

Funeral arrangements are private at the request of the family and under the direction of the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd. 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA.  Interment took place in the Beallsville Cemetery.  An online guestbook is available.
