Glenn Higinbotham, 86 of Erie, PA (formerly of Scenery Hill and Beallsville, PA) passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021 in St. Vincent Hospital Erie.

He was born October 3, 1934 in Grindstone, PA a son of the late Ralph and Marie Coffman Higinbotham.

Glenn was a 1953 graduate of Centerville High School.

He was employed as a glassworker/supervisor with Brockway Glass for 40 years retiring in 1990.

Mr. Higinbotham was a member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, F&AM #237 Beallsville, Consistory of the Valley of Pittsburgh and a member and past president of the Scenery Hill Lions Club.

On July 12, 1957 he married Ruth E. Kusch Higinbotham who died August 28, 2017. They celebrated 60 years of marriage.

Glenn will be remembered as a loving husband and wonderful father and grandfather.

Surviving are two children, Terry L. Richards (Keith) of Erie, PA and Brenda Lee Szabo (S.J.) of Pittsburgh, PA; two grandchildren, Morgan Richards and Elias Szabo; several nieces and nephews.

Deceased in addition to his parents and wife are three siblings, Elsie Corvino, James Higinbotham and Clarence Higinbotham.

Funeral arrangements are private and under the direction of the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd., 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA. Interment will be in Lafayette Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Saint Vincent's Hospital, 232 W. 25 ^th St. Erie, PA 16544.
