Georgia Deems Carson

Georgia Deems Carson, 85, of Daisytown died Sunday May 18, 2008 at 3:55pm in the Donnell House, Washington.
She was born July 20, 1922 in West Pike Run Twp. the daughter of the late A. Russell and Alma Borom Deems.
Mrs. Carson was a 1940 graduate of California Area High School and had been a member of the Bentleyville United Methodist Church for over 50 years. She also was a member of the United Methodist Women, Monongahela Order of the Eastern Star and the Fallowfield Grange.
On February 14, 1942 she married Lester W. Carson who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Gary K. Carson of Daisytown, Kevin D. Carson and his wife Katherine Elisar of Roseburg, OR., and one grandson, Drew Alexander Elisar-Carson.
Friends will be received from 6-8pm Tuesday in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, 2830 Main St. Beallsville where funeral services will be held Wednesday May 21, 2008 at 11:00am with Rev. Sang Choi. Interment will be in Beallsville Cemetery.
