Erin Lynn Hutchinson

Erin L. Hutchinson, 66, of Fredericktown, PA passed away on June 19, 2026, in her home with her husband by her side after a long, courageous battle with illness.

She was born in Waynesburg, PA on February 27, 1960, a daughter of the late Robert and Joanne Lashen McCombs.  In 1978 she graduated from the Beth Center High School and later from Penn Commercial earning a degree in accounting.

Erin was employed in accounting and bookkeeping for several years.

She loved the outdoors, and fishing in various places in the state of Pennsylvania and West Virginia.  Erin was skilled in tying flies and was proficient in fly fishing.  She had a love for animals, especially her dogs.  Erin's personality never left anyone a stranger.  She was also a member of the United Christian Church in California, PA.

On June 14, 1986, she married her high school sweetheart, Dennis Hutchinson who survives.  They had just celebrated 40 years of marriage.

Surviving in addition to her husband are siblings Kevin McCombs (Kathleen) and Marta McCombs (Tom); many extended family members.
