Eric and Racquelle Rockwell

d. Sep 1, 2026

On September 1, 2026, Eric Dennis and Racquelle Fava Rockwell were taken from this world entirely too soon. The hole left in their absence will never be filled.

Eric was born October 23rd 1967, the first born of Ellen Kathleen "Kathy" (Manion) and the late Colonel Charles Ross Rockwell. Racquelle Antoinette was born March 24th 1970, the youngest of Antoinette Marie (DeSimone) and Joseph Michael Fava. Eric grew up in a military home, full of love and strong values, with two younger siblings Meg Bular (Joseph) and Bret Rockwell (Michelle). Racquelle grew up on the Fava Dairy Farm, a home full of hard work and excellent food, with two older siblings Alisa Fava-Fasnacht (Alan) and Renee Fava Epps (Robert). Their upbringings overlapped in their deep Catholic faiths and concrete values of love and loyalty. Lifelong residents of North Bethlehem Twp., they met each other via mutual friends in the late 1980s, and after a long chase, fell in love and were married in 1995 at St Oliver Plunkett Parish. Eric graduated from the California University of Pennsylvania in 1990 with a degree in Industrial Psychology. Racquelle graduated from Mercyhurst University in 1992 with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. They initially settled in Bentleyville on Oliver Street and shared 7 years of marriage before they began having children. They spent those years traveling, enjoying each other's company, and living life to the fullest. The two began construction on the home in which they raised their family in 2000, built it themselves with the help of family and friends, and moved into the home in March 2002, a month and one day before they welcomed their first child.

Eric and Racquelle's lives were full of meaningful relationships, fun times with family and friends, countless hobbies, unmeasurable passion, and deeply invested career work. Through many changes over the years, Racquelle was a pharmaceutical sales representative, now professionally known as a Mental Health Account Specialist with Bristol Myers Squibb. She was deeply passionate about her work and exceptionally good at it. She was rewarded and recognized professionally often. Eric worked in Senior Care for Anova Health Care System as the Community Liaison, a position he not only excelled at but enjoyed thoroughly because of his conversational nature. He too was praised professionally for his work. Eric & Racquelle were proud members and executive officers of the Ellsworth Sportsman's Club. There they leave many friends and much unfinished business. They were also members of The Moose Lodge #758 in Cameron West Virginia, as well as the American Legion post there. They spent time there while at the Rockwell Family's Eagles Nest Lodge. Both were avid hunters, a hobby they both picked up from their fathers. Eric was an expert and was deeply passionate about hunting, and over almost 31 years of marriage Racquelle followed him in that closely. They spent many a day at their pool at their home with their children, family, and friends, and loved to host meals. Racquelle and Eric both were excellent home cooks, rivalled by none. Racquelle was an animal lover and leaves many pets behind at their home; two dogs, two horses, and many cats, but especially her house cat Luigi. Most importantly, Eric and Racquelle were parents, and most regrettably leave behind their two children, Gabriella Marie Rockwell (24), and Rogan Ross Rockwell (20). Gabriella is a 2024 graduate of Virginia Tech, now an agriculture insurance professional, and Rogan is a junior at West Virginia University, majoring in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering. Eric and Racquelle were immensely and immeasurably proud of both their children and participated actively in their lives. From football games to job interviews, Racquelle and Eric guided their children in every aspect of their lives, and their input, love, and advice will be sorely missed for the rest of eternity. Racquelle and Eric left their children with enough love for three lifetimes, and yet it still won't be enough.  Their loss will also be felt by Gabby and Rogan's significant others, Mason Youngstead and Chloe Spilak, respectively, who's lives the couple had a major impact on.

They also leave their brother-in-law Bob Epps, Eric's mother Kathy, as well Racquelle's parents Joseph and Antoinette Fava, and Racquelle's sister Alisa Fava-Fasnacht, and Eric's siblings Meg Bular, and Bret Rockwell. Additionally, their beloved nieces and nephews Joa (Blake Flocker) and, Jacob Crockett, and Griffin Epps, Jessica and, Ross (Regan) Bular, Garrett Smyth, and Cameron and Colin Rockwell, as well as countless beloved cousins, extended family and many, many friends.

The couple are preceded in death by their grandparents, several aunts and uncles, and Eric's father, the late Colonel Charles Ross Rockwell (12/08/2025).

They are regrettably joined in death by Racquelle's sister and best friend, Renée Anne Fava Epps. Separated by six years and nothing else, Renee and Racquelle did everything together. They shared many values, hobbies, their love for animals, and even their clothes. Eric and Renee also had a close bond. While all of their losses will be deeply felt by all who knew them, it is a comfort that they are together.

The very same is true for Eric & Racquelle as a couple, who spoke often about never wanting to be apart. 31 years of marriage and 33 years together is just the beginning of the life everlasting they now share with their God.

Racquelle, Eric, and Renee would want you to love on your family and friends, be kind, take care of your animals and enjoy life and every last thing it has to offer. Raise a glass in honor of them. Arrangements will be private, expertly handled by the Greenlee's Bentleyville Funeral Home 619 Main St. Bentleyville, PA, Jason Schultz director, and dear family friend.
