Elizabeth "Mausi" Dever, 83 of Denbo, PA passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022 in Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital.

She was born October 12, 1938 in Worms, Germany a daughter of the late Heinrich (Heiner) and Elisabetha Rolzhauser.

She met her late husband, William Jennings Lynch, an American soldier. Widowed while visiting the United States at 21 years old, Mausi has overcome many obstacles in her life through strength and determination. She quickly acclimated to the US always with her children as her priority.

Mausi later met and married John Walter Dever who died in 1995.

Mrs. Dever was an accomplished bowler and highly skilled at crocheting. Known for her strength, she was equally compassionate, selfless in nature and a helping hand to all. Her passion was her children and grandchildren. Family was the most important thing to Mausi. Her children and grandchildren will continue this legacy.

Surviving are three children, Audrey Vesely (Ken) of Long Branch, Robert "Bob" Dever (Pam) of Denbo and Lynn Watkins (Dave) of Roscoe; five grandchildren, Heath, Kelsey, Josh, Lauren and Hunter; one great grandson JJ; several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are two sons, Albert Lynch and John Dever; a daughter Sharon Lynch Shaw; three grandsons, Christopher Wirick, Jake Lynch and Brandon Shaw.

Friends will be received Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 3 to 7 PM, the time of service, in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd. 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA with Pastor Josh Green officiating. Interment will be privately held in Westland Cemetery.
