Elizabeth M. "Betty" Yarnevich, 87 of Fredericktown, PA passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022 in Mon Valley Care Center.

She was born April 23, 1935 in Fredericktown a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Mofflar Kostelnik.

Betty was a 1953 graduate of East Beth High School.

Mrs. Yarnevich was a floral designer who also owned and operated Crowthers Flower Shop along with her husband and brother for 40 years retiring in 2004.

She was a lifelong member of the former St. Michaels Roman Catholic Church in Fredericktown.

Surviving are four children; Frank Yarnevich of Fredericktown, PA, David Yarnevich (Maureen) of Ellicott City, MD, Matthew Yarnevich of Washington, PA and Marie Donkers (Chris) of Fredericktown, PA; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are her husband Francis "Mel" Yarnevich and a brother Frank Kostelnik.

Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM in the Greenlee's Fredericktown Funeral Home, Ltd., 42 Bank St. at Crawford Rd. Fredericktown, PA where Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Edward L.Yuhas officiating. Interment will follow in Greene County Memorial Park.
