David R. Mock

David R. Mock, 68 of Scenery Hill, PA. passed away Wednesday July 1, 2020 in his home.

He was born September 29, 1951 in Johnstown, PA. a son of the late Clarence and Lucille Williams Mock.

David was a 1969 graduate of California Area High School and received an Associate Degree in Drafting Engineering from Washington and Jefferson College.

For 18 years David worked for Bethlehem Mines Corp as an Electrician and Fire Boss.

Mr. Mock was a 50 year member of the Beallsville United Methodist Church he also belonged to the F&AM Lodge # 237 of Beallsville, Uniontown Lodge of Perfection Valley of Pittsburgh.

David enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, hunting, fishing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Early morning was his favorite time of the day.

On September 22, 1973 he married Nancy Power Mock who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Jason Mock (Andrea), Aaron Mock (Jennifer) both of Scenery Hill, PA. and Ryan Mock (Deidre) of Beallsville, PA. six grandchildren, Cody Mock (Shawna), Dustin Mock (Nicole), Madison Mock, Mason Mock, Gabriel Mock and Samuel Mock; one sister, Rita Rovnyak (Steve) of Ben Salem, PA.; one brother Daniel Mock (Jann) of California, PA; several nieces and nephews

Deceased in addition to his parents is a sister Judy Mock
