Charles W. "Chucky" Miller Jr., 70 of Deemston Borough, PA passed away Sunday March, 16, 2025 at Select Specialty Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

He was born April 15, 1954 in Waynesburg, PA  a son of the late Charles W. Miller Sr. and Clara Stoskel Miller of Marianna who survives.

Affectionately know as "Chuck" he graduated from Beth Center High School in 1972 and went on to work for Beth Energy Mining.

Chuck was a member of the Marianna Lyceum, the Steele-Lillie American Legion Post # 744 Marianna, as well as a member of the United Mine Workers of America.

He was an avid sports enthusiast with a deep love for football, wrestling, baseball, and basketball. The outdoors brought Chuck immense joy. When he was not hunting and fishing, he could be found in his garden. He passed his love of the outdoors on to his children.

Surviving in addition to his mother, are two children, Traci Giles (Marshall) of Fort Mill, SC and Brian Miller (Candie) of Deemston, PA.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Barry Miller (Diana).

Family and friends will be received Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 4 to 8 PM in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd., 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA where Funeral Services will be held Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 11 AM with Deacon Al Poroda officiating. Interment will follow in Horn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the Marianna Christian Center in Chucks Memory.
