Barbara A. "Cindy" Hill, 73, of Daisytown, PA passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday January 7, 2026.

She was born on October 25, 1952 in Monongahela, PA a daughter of the late William and Helen Orris Blizman.  Cindy graduated from the California Area High School, and later graduated from Cosmetology School.

Barb was self employed as a Beautician and held her own practice with a business partner in California, PA for many years.  Following retirement she had begun working as a Paraprofessional in local area schools for several years.

Cindy cherished her family and friends, especially her grandson Carson who she loved to spoil.  She enjoyed watching the Steelers and Pirates, and never missed watching a game.  Hallmark Christmas movies were also something she enjoyed watching.    She was a member of the A/C Club in Daisytown as well as the Italian Club in California, PA where she had many good friends.

Left to cherish her memory are two daughters Julia Basile (David) of Brownsville, PA, and Rebecca Hill of Daisytown, PA; beloved grandson Carson Basile; sister Rose Wright (Bill) of South Park, PA; Nephew and niece Chris Wright (Jaime) and Lindsay Wright (Matthew); great nieces Abby and Lucy;  she also leaves behind her grandpuppy Dexter.

Preceding her in death are her husband Leo R. Hill who passed away on September 8, 2020; and her brother William J. Blizman.
